New Members - Requesting Membership for the first time:
- Complete this Application form.
- Please have your pastor complete the Pastor Letter.
- FIll out appropriate waiver forms:
- Pay the $20 application fee.
- After all required forms are submitted, you will be contacted for an interview.
- Once approved for membership, pay the remaining $100 of the $120 membership fee.
Everything is due by July 1 for the fall semester, and by January 1 for the spring semester.
